By accessing or using our website, or by submitting a booking request, deposit, or payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

Hawk Ranch is a 40-acre venue offering weddings and private events, farm tours, wellness retreats, and overnight stays. Details specific to your booking — date, guest count, spaces, packages, and pricing — are set out in your individual proposal, quote, or signed Event Agreement, which supplements these Terms for your booking.

Permission is granted to view and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to inquiring about or planning your visit. You may not modify or copy site content, use it for commercial purposes or public display, attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software on the site, remove any copyright or proprietary notices, or republish site content on another server without our written permission.

A booking is confirmed only once we receive your signed Event Agreement (where applicable) and any required deposit. Deposit amounts, installment schedules, and balance due dates for your specific event are set out in your proposal or signed Event Agreement — those figures govern your booking and may differ by event type, date, and package.

A 3% card processing fee applies to credit card payments. Debit cards and bank transfers have no fee. This fee, where it applies, is shown as a separate line before you confirm payment and itemized on your receipt.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any fees your bank or card issuer charges in connection with your payment.

Cancellation, date-change, and refund terms for your booking are set out in your proposal or signed Event Agreement, which will specify any non-refundable deposits, cancellation windows, and applicable fees. Farm tour and day-visit cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at the time of booking. If you have questions about your specific booking's cancellation terms, contact us before you book or at any time using the information in Section 15.

Hawk Ranch is a working farm and outdoor venue. Farm tours, animal encounters (including with alpacas and other livestock), and outdoor events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, and animal behavior. By visiting the property or participating in a tour or event, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow posted signage, fencing, and staff/guide instructions at all times. Children and guests with mobility, health, or sensory considerations should be supervised accordingly. Certain bookings may require a signed liability waiver and, for private events, proof of event insurance — requirements for your booking will be specified in your Event Agreement.

Guests are expected to treat our animals, staff, property, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the property whose conduct we reasonably believe is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms or the rules communicated for your event. The person or couple who booked the event is responsible for informing their guests, vendors, and wedding party of applicable property rules.

Hawk Ranch may photograph or video events and tours on our property for our own marketing and promotional use (for example, on our website or social media). We will not use photos in which you are identifiable in paid third-party advertising without your consent. If you would prefer not to be photographed, or would like a photo removed from our marketing, contact us using the information in Section 15 and we will accommodate your request.

Our website and the general information on it are provided on an "as is" basis. Hawk Ranch makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, regarding the website. This disclaimer does not limit any specific commitments made to you in a signed Event Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawk Ranch and its owners, staff, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from your use of our website or attendance at an event, tour, or stay, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hawk Ranch harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or the conduct of your guests or vendors at your event, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your booking will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless your Event Agreement specifies a different dispute-resolution process.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes will not affect the terms of a booking already confirmed under a signed Event Agreement.

If you provide a mobile number when you book or inquire with us, you agree that Hawk Ranch may send you text messages related to your booking — such as booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and other transactional updates about your visit. Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, or HELP for help; you may also email contact@hawkranch.co to update your preferences. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
