What a session costs
Photo Shoot Property Access
One rate for the property, the areas you shoot in, and someone from the ranch on hand while you are here.
What is included
- Approved outdoor areas: the pond, open fields, ranch fencing, tree-lined areas and ceremony grounds
- Up to 8 guests
- One photographer and one assistant
- Parking for up to 3 vehicles
- Restroom access
- A Hawk Ranch team member available for property access
This is a venue access rental only. Photography and a photographer are not included.
Sessions are booked around what else is happening on the property, and weekdays are the easiest to get. The ranch is not available during buyouts, events, lodging conflicts, or event setup and teardown.
How it works
Three steps, start to shoot day
1. Tell us the date
Send the date you have in mind, the kind of session, and roughly how many people are coming.
2. We confirm the details
We reply with what is open, agree on a start time and which areas of the ranch you will use, and hold it for you.
3. Shoot day
Check in at the office and someone from the ranch walks you out to your first spot.
A session is $295 for 90 minutes of venue access. See what is included above. We confirm your date and start time when we reply.
Want the animals in your photos? Time with the herd is booked separately as a farm tour, so say so in your message and we will put both on the same day.
