From the very first message she was kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming, and she made the whole booking process feel easy and stress-free. We’ve been interfacing with a lot of wedding vendors, and Crystal has been the best by far—responsive, thoughtful, and truly invested in helping us have a great event. The venue has also recently changed owners, and you can really feel the difference—the atmosphere has changed for the better, and the owners were gracious and accommodating throughout. Let me just start by saying what an amazing day and venue Hawk Ranch is for a wedding. When we were looking for venues, I didn’t want anything over the top — I just wanted something beautiful, natural, and stress-free. The moment we drove through the gates of Hawk Ranch, it felt magical. Then we met Crystal… and don’t even get me started on her! She was beyond amazing from the very beginning. She walked us through the property, explained exactly how the day would flow, and truly made us feel like we were in good hands. We planned our wedding for two years, and Crystal stayed in touch the entire time — checking in, keeping us calm, and making sure every little detail was handled. She coordinated with vendors, managed head counts (which I changed about four times after the due date!), and kept everything running smoothly so we didn’t have to stress. Seeing the venue transform from a blank slate into my dream wedding was unbelievable. The ceremony site was everything I imagined and more, and the reception and cocktail areas were laid out perfectly. Once the sun went down, the twinkle lights made the night absolutely magical. The Hawk Ranch staff, catering team, security, and bar were all incredible. Even when our dogs needed water during the ceremony, someone found a way to make it work using a tray — that’s the kind of care and attention they give. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning the venue was — many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. If I could give Hawk Ranch 10 stars, I absolutely would. Hawk Ranch is not only the most beautiful picture perfect venue in all of California but it also has the most hard working, flexible and kindest staff EVER. They made my dreams come true with the most spectacular wedding which included allowing me to bring my two horses and keep them on property for two nights, come in early for hair and makeup day of the wedding, bring my dog to be my ring bearer, fly a drone to capture me riding my horse down the aisle and more. I am forever grateful to my wedding planner Crystal for making my every wish come to life in the most perfect way possible. Planning a wedding was so stress free and easy with Crystals help and expertise. Every vendor included in their all inclusive package is just as amazing!!! Their florist Tammy, so sweet! Their DJ Andy, amazing to work with! Temecula catering, the most delicious food…my guests have not stopped raving about it! Not to mention their pricing is extremely fair and competitive. You also have the option to make monthly payments so everything is paid off by your special day. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much Hawk Ranch!Load more
