Frequently Asked Questions

  • Alcohol – BYO, licensed and insured bartenders are provided through the venue
  • No shots policy on alcohol
  • Smoking – In designated area only
  • All outside vendors must be licensed and insured event professionals
  • Event Insurance is required – Liability and liquor liability required
  • On site catering is required with a variety of menu options. Special dietary or cultural needs can be met.
  • DIY packages available, but the client must choose from one of our preferred vendors for catering and DJ services.
  • Extended event time till 11 pm or 6 hours of event time included in all packages
  • All inclusive packages available inclusive of everything you need for your special day with the exception of photography and Cake or desserts
  • All events are a 6 hour event time or additional hours may be purchased at $1000.00 per hour
  • All inclusive packages include decorations and flowers in client’s colors and theme and are customized per your event. Additional flowers can be purchased at clients discretion.
  • Wide variety of linen colors
  • Client will meet with all vendors on a one on one basis
  • Client will have several meetings with the event coordinator per the package purchased. DIY clients will have an initial and final consult. All inclusive packages will include event planning meetings.
  • Food tastings are included for two people.

  • Personal decorators, planners and vendors are allowed on site 2 hours prior to guest arrival time
  • Dressing rooms are available as early as 8 Am and bridal room includes makeup mirrors, lights and sink areas.

  • All items must be removed by Sunday morning and Hawk Ranch is not responsible for any items left after the event ends.
